Dear Imperial Agents,
Due to today’s challenges of producing MAPD face-to-face enrollments and to meet the needs of our potential members and Agents, Imperial has implemented Agent Assisted Telephonic Enrollment to achieve physical distancing while conducting compliant MAPD enrollment.
If an Imperial contracted Agent supplies Imperial a lead for telephonic enrollment, the Agent will be Agent of record, receive credit and all applicable commission payments.
SCENARIO – Agent has a lead that wants to enroll into Imperial’s MAPD plan and enrollee does not want a face-to-face Agent appointment.
